Products, courses and tastings
Casa Cornacchi has a small restaurant located in the main building next to the old tower, where only traditional Tuscan cuisine is served. They have their own experienced "mamma chef", preparing the favourite family recipes. The restaurant offers usually three times a week a complete menu, as Cornacchi also tries to encourage guests to visit one of the many osterias, restaurants and pizzerias in the surroundings. Simpler meals are always available on request for lunch or dinner any day of the week.
Casa Cornacchi offers a variety of cooking courses, ranging from an informal class of one half day to a week long cooking course. Classes are organised locally and arranged upon request and availability of the chef and the premise. Typically a class last three hours (4 pm to 7 pm) and is followed by a dinner where you enjoy the fruit of your work.
A cooking class (with minimum 2 participants) costs 95 euro per person. A cooking class with minimum 4 participants costs 70 euro per person. The price includes the lessons, the products and ingredients and the dinner in our restaurant (wine excluded). Friends can join you just for the dinner paying 35 euro per person. If you are with four or more participants, or apply for more than one class, you will get a reduced rate.
Booking request for cooking courses
People that are not staying at Casa Cornacchi, but would like to attend a cooking course, can use the booking form underneath. This form will be send directly to the owner, who
will contact you as soon as possible. Cooking classes are generally not available on Saturdays, Tuesdays and Fridays between June and August.
