The Under The Tuscan Moon cooking classes are ideal for the food enthusiast, wine lover or anyone just seeking new tastes in authentic Tuscan dishes, whilst using only the best regional organic produce.
Cooking classes are based on seasonal produce. Experience the different tastes and flavours that each season brings like Prosciutto di Cinghiale (wild boar ham); Coniglio alla Chiantigiana (roasted stuffed rabbit chianti-style). It will always be fascinating and lots of fun. The pungent smells from the kitchen will delight and capture the palate. You will prepare typical Tuscan dishes and mouth-watering, seasonal specialties, such as artichokes and earthy porcini mushrooms or truffles. You will also be able to sample the olive oil and wine produced directly from our property.
The cook, Pamela, caters for small groups of friends, couples or even singles who wish to visit Chianti and really get to know the region. This is a great opportunity to combine a relaxing holiday with a cooking class/bed and breakfast package or just a one day cooking lesson.
Cooking Classes are 150 Euro per person per day, including meals and wine. Participants are expected at 9.00am on the first day of the cooking course.
