- The International Mugello Motor Racing Circuit is at a 30 minute drive from the property: this is one of the most suggestive, up-to-date and safe circuits in the international survey. F1 tests as well as tests of the International GP Bike and International Superbike leader companies take place here. Italy's Gran Premio has its usual centre here. The race-track spreads out over 5.000 mts in the woods and in the open countryside.
- At 5 minutes from Fattoria Torre del Castellano there is "The Mall", an outlet with 25 boutiques of important fashion stores: Gucci, Armani, Ferragamo, Dolce e Gabbana, Burberry's, Emilio Pucci, Fendi, Tod's etc.
